SHIPPING PROCESS

• Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 24 hours.

• Delivery Charges:

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳70

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳130

• We offer free shipping on all orders over ৳2000 anywhere in Bangladesh.

• All orders are shipped using reliable and trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• A shipping confirmation message (via email or SMS) will be sent once your order is dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

• Orders within Dhaka are typically delivered within 2–3 business days.

• Orders outside Dhaka are delivered within 3–5 business days.

• We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

• Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays.

• If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will contact you to reschedule.

• If delivery fails after multiple attempts, your order will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund will be processed (if applicable).

IMPORTANT NOTES

• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events such as strikes, natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will reach out to update the address. Additional delivery charges may apply.

• If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

• Once an order is shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address or delivery method.
